Anovulatory cycle?

So I think this cycle was anovulatory - which would be the first one I've had since starting to track.  This was also the first month where I didn't temp.... see the dilemma.  I used my monitor from CD13 until CD22 with nothing not even a hint of a line, then this am (CD27) AF shows up with no warning.

This is my first cycle after the prometrium and I am wondering if that is the cause.

It's been a quiet week for me, I have been dealing with my issues with pregnant friends and that's hard.  3 close friends and my SIL are all pregnant.  It's hard to deal with.  I've also had to cancel some fun trips we had planned because we will need the money for IVF - that has not been great.

We will most likely call the RE in Sept to start in October I think, I've saved about a third of the costs so the next 2 months will be more saving, less spending.  The cost will most likely go onto a credit card and then be paid off, I hate that my families future has to be dependent on money.

Weight wise - I've been eating healthy since 14July - so almost 2 weeks and I've lost 3.4lbs which is great but seeing the weight fluctuate is driving me crazy - i now know why it's been a bit mental!  I am aiming to have lost at least 15lbs by end of September, which will put me back at my pre m/c weight, that should be achievable hopefully.
